Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I got a ticket for speeding,I went to pay it and the ckerk said it had the wrong date on it, i payed it can i contest it
More details:
the officer put the wrong month on the ticket and i did not catch it

If you already paid the citation, for all practical purposes, the answer is, no, you can no longer fight it. Paying it waived the defect.
