Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Ticket-plea bargin denied
I have never recieved a ticket until last September. I was speeding 99 in a 65. I was summoned to appear in court because of failure to provide insurance. I went to court, provided insurance and plead to take 4 points off my licence instead of 6. After waiting 4 hours to see the judge, she denied my plea and I am summoned to return to pre-trial court in February. What do I do now? What is the worst penalty I could face?
Thanks alot for your time.

Jail plus fines, get an attorney in the jurisdiction where case is heard.
