Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
I got a traffic ticket in Gunnison County Colorado for an 85+ in a 55 mph and reckless driving... All of it reported by a witness(another driver). I am confident I am not guilty, and MUST appear in court.
Here is the catch, I am a new york resident and a student at the University of Denver. I will not be in the state on june 15th for my court date. I have an internship in New York City.
What are my options?

Get counsel. Motion the Court to set it over for a date you can be present.
