Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
If i have a warrant in douglas county for a failure to appear on driving without a license and go to court in araphoe county will I be arrested?

There is a very good likliehood of it.
The computer systems are integrated, so all it takes is for one clerk or DA to look your name up statewide to find the warrant.
I suggest you contact a reputable bondsman and pre-arrange bail.

Most likely you will be arrested. You can either contact a bondsman and take care of it before court, or an attorney can file a motion to quash a bench warrant.
