Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado
Will this ever go away?
My husband got a ticket for driving under restraint. He went to court and pled guilty and was given 30 days of work release. Needless to say, he didn't go to work release. Now he has a warrant. My question is will this ever go away, or should he just go and turn himself in and do the time?

It will not go away. Failure to appear under a bench warrant results in a contempt of court citation. I strongly urge your husband to hire a lawyer and deal with the warrant immediately.
