wrong court date on ticket
I was pulled over and given a warning for speeding and a PTA for driving with expired registration. my birthdate and the court appearance date were both wrong. I got a FTA. what grounds do i have legally.

You can go to court and explain to the court of these errors. Did you go to court on the date specified in your summons? If you did not and the FTA was issued after the court date specified in your summons the court may not be very sympathetic.
Errors in DOB are not material, in itself, to void or nullify the summons.
