Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My Aunt recently passed away and although her financial affairs were in order her vehicles wern't written down on new ownership. How will this be worked out?

In many cases, the aggregate value of possessions to transfer permit the use of a Small Estate Affidavit in Colorado. This document permits the transfer of the vehicles without the need to open a probate estate.

The form is available for download from the Colorado Supreme Court's website, and you should consult with an attorney experienced with estates before using the form.
