Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My brother died intestate in Dec 08. He was not married and had no children. My mother is still living but is in an elder care facility and unable to be PR. I have his truck and motorcycle in my possession but don't know what I can do with them because they are titled to him. What can I do?

Your Mom can renounce her right to serve as PR and you can apply to be appointed as his PR. Your Mom can also disclaim interest in the estate or to certain property from the estate.
