Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
How do I collect what is owed to me by my deceased Uncle?
how can I find out if my deceased uncle left me anything in his last will and testiment. I have asked my aunt and she denies that I have been given anything. But I have heard from my other aunt that I was put in the will, and I do have an inheritance. How can I verify this information? I am 24 years and feel that I have been deceived by my aunt.

You should file a Demand for Notice in your Uncle's Estate. You can also review his Will at the Probate division. This is the District Court for the County where he lived when he died.
You should also consider hiring an attorney qualified in estates to assist you.

If your uncle's will has been submitted for probate, you can contact the court to request copies of any documents filed. The will should have been filed with the District Court in the County where your uncle last lived (or the Denver Probate Court if he resided in the City and County of Denver).
