Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
My cousin's former wife tore up his legallly written, witnessed and noratized will.. One copy only. Would her act be punishable by law?

Your cousin should just do a new Will and the problem would be solved. The original Will should be stored in a safe or safe deposit box.
