Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
My dad recently passed away, his estanged wife is his executor. They have been seperated for 3 years and in fact lives out of state. Do my sister and I have any rights in regards to his estate.

Yes. The estranged wife can renounce her right to serve as PR and one or more of his children can serve.
