Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Deceased father - no will

My father and I have been estranged for several years (I am an only child). I have just found out that he passed away in October without a will, and someone else (who I'm guessing is a relative I do not know) had already sold his house and I assume has claimed his belongings. I don't even know the circumstances under which he died or where he is buried. Do I have any rights?

Re: Deceased father - no will

You do have rights in Colorado as a son and intestate heir if your father died without a will. Feel free to call me and I will explain.
