Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

i would like to dispose of 6 burial plots that are in my fathers name. i am the only surviving member of my family. how would i go about it

Absent any provision in the will that conveyed the plots to you or a clause in the purchase agreement which would preclude you from selling them, your best bet will be to contact the cemetery where the plots are located.
