Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
Executing a will
My dad and his sister were to split 1/2 of everything when my grandparents died. My aunt had been living with them when they passed away and she is not refusing to split anything. She sold the house and took everything and moved away. Is there anything legally we can do to force her to give my father what is supposed to be his?
