Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
I am the executor of my father's estate. We have a disfunctional family and I've received 2 hate emails naming me greedy if I accept a fee to handle my father's estate (which includes rehabbing his 1968 home that has extensive problems) or if I don't share the P.O.D. account my father named me as beneficiary for. How do I determine a fee to charge for this ongoing abuse and enormous task?

Hire an attorney experienced with estate administration issues. You may also want to seek court approval of any fees to yourself as Personal Representative.
