Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Executor issues

My father recently passed away, and my brother is the executor of the will. Due to the fact that Dad left AZ, and begged my sister to take him to CA where he died, brother is very bitter.

Dad has 7 children, 4 stepchildren, 3 biological. Before passing he went to CA for visit, and ended up dying there. He had brain cancer.

We believe that our brother who Dad lived with for a year, has been defrauding him.

He became joint signer on acct, and got Dad to purchase a condo in Jan 07, close to where he works.

No copy of the will has been distributed, and my sister who had expenses related to Dad's care as well as funeral costs, brother is saying will not be reimbursed.

Since there are trust funds involved, brother is only asking for other bio siblings to release bank info to him, even though the bank is in charge of administering these accts.

Can we force bro to distribute copies of will, and how do we go about finding out info on bank where trust funds are held?

Can we have bro investigated for defrauding Dad?

Can sister be reimbursed for expenses and loans made to Dad against his trust? Bro claims dad's acct is 0, but he received 3 deposits mo, and lived with sis for the last mo of life. Where is that mon
