Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
Can an ex-wife in Colorado get a financial power of attorney with my brother unconscious with a few months to live (I am in Texas) even though he has a daughter in Louisiana?
She already has a medial power of attorney and will not talk to me. The hospital, University of Colorado Medical Center, also will not talk to me or acknowledge that he has a daughter. Is there anything that I can do?

If ;you are concerned, you should hire an attorney to represent you. You can also file a Demand for Notice with the Court.
