Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My father died several years ago, didn't have a will, beneficiary on his life insurance was my grandmother (his mom). Grandmother didn't know that he died, so her executor took everything refusing to pay for funeral services. Long story short my father has a joint bank account with my grandmother. My grandmother has passed since then. As his daughter what can I do? The executor and I don't get along. How do I go about finding out about other hidden assetts that he had without her finding out. She lives in TX, and I live in CO.

You will need to start by finding out if you are past the time deadline to proceed with any challenges to the PR's actions in administering the estate. You should contact an attorney in your area who is experienced with estate litigation.
