Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

What is the best way to go about

My father passed away a few months ago. I am executor of the will. My sister was living with him and is still living in his home. She agreed verbally (have three witnesses) to pay a certain amount of rent each month until house is sold. She has not paid as agreed the amount or paid when due. There is no life insurance, very little money in bank account and there are bills that need to be paid each month. I am only asking a certain amont to cover the bills. If she rented somewhere else, she would pay a higher rent. She has hired a lawyer to negotiate the amount and has not paid anything since. I have filed the will, trust and personal rep. papers with the court and am now legally the personal rep. Because of this I have not been able to disperse his belongings to all of the siblings and am afraid of what my sister will do if I give her notice to move out. What can I do to get her out immediatly now that I legally can?

The best approach is to immediately go visit with and engage the services of a qualified estate attorney.

This is especially important since your sister has already engaged her own lawyer.
