Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

I do not have any heirs

I am single, live a very modest life, own a home, have personal property of sentimental value, and have the usual bills and debts.

I do not have any heirs other than my nephews nor any relatives that I trust to take care of my property and debts the way I wish.

How can I set up my life insurance and will?

Re: I do not have any heirs

Even if you don't have family members that you would like to leave property to, there may be organizations or charities which do work that you support. This could be your school, your church, or perhaps some other organization.

Also, you may have a trusted friend of friends who you would trust to make decisions for you in the event of incapacity or death.

Before you conclude that you should do nothing, you should meet with a qualified estate attorney so all of your questions can be covered.
