My husband and I recently moved from Fl to Colorado- are our wills still valid?

Yes. However, you should review your estate plan with a Colorado estate planning attorney. You will want to make sure you have Colorado Durable Powers of Attorney and a Colorado Living Will.
Additionally, changes in the federal estate tax laws may affect your current Wills.
