Life Insurance and Wills

If an estate has a Will and Life Insurance policy as seperate documents. Can a person that is contesting the will, also contest the life insurance policies if the policies where changed less than 2 years ago?

Contact an attorney in your area who is experienced with will contests. This is not something you should pursue on your own.

It depends if the party is alleging that the beneficiary designation was done when the decedent lacked contractual capacity. I have handled many of these cases. Call me if you want to discuss it further.
