Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Hello! I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado and am wondering about an estate. My sister the executor of my parents estate is trying to extend the estate for an additional three years. She filed a form JDF77 with the court and was turned down. She was told she needs more information. We still have an additional piece of property that needs to be sold. Are there any places I can look to get some additional information that may be of help to her.

Looks like she filed the wrong form. One idea is for the PR to transfer the real estate out of the estate to the designated beneficiaries so the estate can be closed. Then the beneficiaries can market and sell the property.
