Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

I live in a condo which has a HOA. Part of the cost of my condo was a parking space in a shared carport. Birds are roosting in the carport and deficating on my vehicle. Is there a way to get the HOA to take care of the issue as I have brought it to their attention multiple times with no resolve.
