Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
I had two mortgages in 2009 and one of them was foreclosed on. Currenly I receive a bill every month for my second mortgage. If I were to pay on that 2nd mortgage, would I have any legal right to the house?

The answer to your question depends on the status of the current title and how the foreclosure of the first mortgage was resolved. The status of the second is also a factor. You mention that the first foreclosed, but you do not indicate how that was resolved.
You should consider reviewing your situation with an attorney qualified in real estate and foreclosures.
