Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
My mother has died and is overdrawn on her bank account. As the representitve and beneficiary of the estate, can the bank come after me for the amount overdrawn in her bank account? Presently, the estate has no real assets.

The bank may pursue a claim against your Mother's estate. Moreover, the bank may investigate how the account was used and by whom prior to your Mother's death.
You may wish to contact the Public Administrator for the county where your Mom lived, or an attorney specializing in estate administration.
