Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Mother and father never divorced but lived separately for over forty years. He in Philadelphia with another woman and mother with me, her daughter. We lived together for thirty years with her paying all the bills on the house and then I when she could no longer write. She has died and father has taken title to house under (right of survivor-ship)in Colorado and I have nothing and must leave. What can I do, if anything?

You should immediately visit with an attorney specializing in estate matters. You may be able to file a claim against your mother's estate for services provided to her for her care etc. along with your expenses.

However, you can determine this better with the assistance of an attorney.
