Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Mother passed away 10/10 medicaid filed a claim against estate, sister filed for a waiver of claim due to 2 year rule and hardship. Received release of claim. Will states she pay me(other sister and personal rep) $xx or if can not sell the house and divide proceeds after all expenses paid. Also, will states I get all the furniture. Attorney I have says I have to wait and work with her since she received the claim otherwise it would be Medicaid fraud. She does not work, has no money, I allowed to stay in home while settling estate not paying for anything but her utilities. Not sure how I can work with her or if I can force a sale. She is claiming she is disabled and has applied for SSI. Please help. thanks

Consider having your attorney set a hearing to get instructions from the Court about how to proceed since you are the Personal Representative.
