Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
my mother passed away in michigan last month. she had US savings bonds that she had herself and myself as co-owners. She also had her bank savings account listed as her and myself as co-owners. Do I have to list these as assets for probate? I am the Executor of her will.
