Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Hello my name is Mrs Tina Green, my husband used your services to prep his will. Sadly my husband has passed and i need to retreive his information and get power of attorney to submitt to our bank accounts, etc. If you can imagaine this is a very difficult time for me. I have supporting documents to support who i am. My issue is my husbands wallet with all of our information has been stolen. This happen during his stay at the hospital where he never left. I am at a lost. All of our assets are being compromised and this is my only way to help us (me) get back what is his. my number is 720-837-9849. i also feel this emial account is compromised. Please Help! I (we) are victimized.

Sorry for your loss. Lawguru is not a law firm. It is a site where people post questions and then attorneys may answer. If an attorney prepared your husband's will then you need to contact that attorney directly. I am not sure why he did not keep a copy and why you don't have one. Good luck.
