Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
what names need to be in a will?
My stepmother died 1995. Between my stepmother and real father there are 4 stepchildren 2 hers and 2 his (all adults). The Will my parents had together willed everything to the surviving person (my dad) He had a new will created after my stepmother died and did not mention my two stepbrothers in it. Could I have problems with my stepbrothers questioning the will after my father passes?

Unless the two people left our of your Father's Will are his children or unless he adopted them, then there should be no problem. However, it is better practice to list someone and then specifically exclude that person in a situation such as you describe.
