Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
I was a third party in a will opened 10 yrs ago, I did not receive my portion (just recently found out ) but the other parties are deceased. Can I do anything about this ?

Generally, all claims against an estate must be filed within one year of the date of the decedent's death.
Whether you are a victim of a fraud might provide you with additional time, however, it is possible that you have waited too long to have any legal recourse.
You should take the documents to an attorney specializing in estate matters for further advice.
