Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
A person has a will and a revocable trust (funded); said person has a personal representative and a trustee for the trust. The individual passes. Who handles paying bills and settling the estate, both or one and when does that torch pass and does the torch passed in its entirety?

The PR and Trustee will be cooperating. The estate has responsibility for bills and claims against the estate.
If questions remain, then both the PR and Trustee should engage counsel for assistance.
