Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

I am POA for my Elderly Mother, and I would like to sign the POA over to my Brother who lives with her. Is there a specific form or can we do it via a Signed, Witnessed, Notorized addenda?

No, there is no form. Generally, an agent has no authority to name another agent unless there are specific provisions in the Power of Attorney which permit that.

Does the Power of Attorney name a successor to you as agent?
