I would like to protect my estate from my new son-in-law.I was told of a Predator Clause that would exempt him from ever receiving any assets after our deaths?

Re: Predator Clause
Yes, with proper planning you can avoid having your estate be subject to any risks from your son-in-law. You should consult with an expert estate planning attorney in your area.
There is no such thing as a "predator clause" by the way. That is just a nickname given to the type of planning that you may be interested in.
You should not undertake any estate planning without first engaging in the services of a qualified estate planning attorney.
