Predator Clause

I would like to protect my estate from my new son-in-law.I was told of a Predator Clause that would exempt him from ever receiving any assets after our deaths?

Yes, with proper planning you can avoid having your estate be subject to any risks from your son-in-law. You should consult with an expert estate planning attorney in your area.

There is no such thing as a "predator clause" by the way. That is just a nickname given to the type of planning that you may be interested in.

You should not undertake any estate planning without first engaging in the services of a qualified estate planning attorney.
