probate w/o a will

i wanted to know which form i need to fill out to become exceditor of my broyhers house since he passed away my parents dont want it because they already have homes.

Your question is difficult to interpret but I assume you are asking about becoming the Personal Representative for your brother's estate.

To accomplish this, you will need to file the proper application with the proper Court to receive your Letters and the Court Order. After that, you will be required to administer your brother's estate.

You can attempt to do this yourself or engage the services of a qualified estate attorney.
