In a relatives last will and testament if a person listed as a beneficiary is now deceased and due to recieve proceeds from their relatives will, do the said proceeds now go to the deceased beneficiary?

No. However, it is possible that the proceeds may go to the deceased relative's estate. It will depend on the terms of the Will. To get better information, you should consult with an attorney who specializes in this area.
