Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado
In a remarriage the spouse wrote his kids out of the will and left everything to the woman he remarried she has kids that she is leaving everything to he has since died can the kids that were wrote out of the will come back after the wife dies and try to sue wife's living kids for anything that was left to them?

No.
There is no right right to inherit as a child in Colorado. If done properly, it is perfectly legal to disinherit one's children. If done correctly, and assuming no undue influence or duress you have no recourse.
In addition, there are time limits that apply to any challenge to a person's Will. If you are outside those time limits, even a valid claim cannot be pursued.
I agree with Mr. Greenberg. FYI, if he had a child support obligation when he passed away, his death does not automatically end his obligation. Hope this helps.
