Responsibilities for deceased brother

My brother passed away. No wife, or children. No assets or liabilities.

Except he owned a trailer and lived in a mobile home park (only his name on the title and on the lease with the park).

The park is saying we (his sisters) are responsible for having the mobile home removed. It is an older home in very poor condition.

Are we responsible?
