Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My spouse is in a fight for the inhertance. If the spouse passes away before it is settled who shall inherit the spouses share his siblings or wife and kids?

It will depend on the terms of the Will of the person who passed away. If they didn't leave a Will, the estate will pass pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado.

In either event, you are probably entitled to nothing, unless you have rights on behalf of your husband's estate that can be pursued.
