There is no "standard" executor's fee in Colorado. Fees must be reasonable and are determined on a case by case basis and should be based on the work the PR has actually done.

This normally means an hourly rate. The PR should keep full and accurate time records and receipts for all expenses related to their service.

The PR should visit the issue of compensation with the attorney for the estate before taking any fees.
