In order to properly protect your rights, you should immediately consult with and hire an attorney who is experienced with probate litigation.

There are time limits that apply to your possible claims and that is why you need to move quickly. If you miss a time limit, your claims could be barred.

You should not rely on any advice you receive over the internet, but actually consult with and hire an experienced attorney.
