Transfering Land Deed

Which deed is used by the personal representative to transefer property, when the property is going into the name of the personal representative...Personal Representative deed for sale OR Personal Representative Deed for distribution?

A Personal Representative's Deed should be used. Normally when the transfer is a distribution from the estate, the PR's Deed would be one of distribution and not of sale.
