Trust disbursement
My wife has a trust, of which details four specific payments, 21, 25, 30, and 35. My question is, would it be possible to collect the money out of the trust prior to the specified age? If so, what type of penalty's may be involved?

Probably not. The real answer depends on the terms of the trust and discretion permitted the trustee.
