Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

How can I get the new trustee to pay me for the past 10 months of service while I was the trustee? For the 2 previous years I was paid 1% annually and reimbursed for expenses. I have requested payment and sent documentation, to no avail. The trust documents state that trustees are to paid.

File a claim with the Trustee and with the Court. You might also consider filing a Demand for Notice as well. Pay attention to any deadlines that may apply to you.

You should also consult with an attorney who specializes in estate and trust administration matters.
