Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Last will for my father

My father passed one month ago - my brother is named as executor to his estate. My sisters would like to see/have a copy of the will. My brother refuses, do we have the right to see a copy of the will? We are supposed to inherit property & possibly money from the estate. What are our rights if any ?

Re: Last will for my father

Yes, you can see a copy of your Father's Will. You also have rights as an interested person in your father's estate.

You can file with the Court a Demand for Notice and you may also wish to consult with your own attorney to be represented.
