Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Will

My husband and I support my widowed mother. She lives in our condo in Colorado. Her only income is her social security. She has no assets except her car. Does she need a will?

Re: Will

She doesn't need a Will if she is comfortable with the way her remaining assets will pass under Colorado's laws dealing with intestacy.

However, if she wants certainty about who her Personal Representative will be and the certainty of providing her wishes in writing than she may wish to have a Will.
