Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Can a will be refiled with another power of attorney

Can a second will be filed for one individual by other family members, if they are not happy with the first will filed. If a will is filed does that mean the state has a record.

The only recommendation that makes sense is that you immediately visit and engage the services of an experienced estate attorney in your community.

You would not file another Will for the sole reason that you are unsatisfied with the Will that was filed. At least you would have a duty to bring the second Will to the attention of the Personal Representative so the PR can file that and ask the Court for directions.

This is definitely not an action to pursue on your own.
