Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

wills and estates

My husband died in 2004 and in 2005 my inlaws made up their will which includes my husband and one other child that died in 2005. His three kids had nothing to do with their father prior to his death. Am I entitled to my husbands share when my inlaws pass away?

Re: wills and estates

Without reviewing the Will in question, it is not possible to answer your question.

However, it would be unlikely that you would receive your husband's share unless the Will provided for that.
