Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

i have a will issue, my ex mom left a will her and brother decided to keep it from me, i dont know if will is being read in mexico or bahamas

they will not tell me or show docs to me- they have made indirect comments per will

worse yet i was living in CA - ex came back into life asked me to move to miami to be with her- didnt know i ended up with open beneificiary status per will..

I have no idea what you are talking about. A will is no more than a letter to the judge that says in effect, dear judge, please give my stuff as outlined in this letter. It has no legal effect until it is enforced in a court proceeding. If your mom died, you have the right to file for probate, ask to get letters of administration, and this will give you the power through the courts to obtain information about your mom's assets, and if there is a will, about the will. Just because there is a will does not mean it is valid. It can be invalid for a lot of reasons. But, if you don't protect your rights, no one will protect them for you.
